About Us
New Clarity helps mid-market private fund managers leverage AI in a way that their investors and examiners expect. We map out how the firm operates today, build the workflows that have measurable ROI, and can stay on as part of the team to keep the firm ahead of the AI adoption curve. Workflows have human reviews, proper records, and reviews by independent compliance consultants.
WHY NEW CLARITY?
We know how fund managers work
We have sat with deal teams, asset managers, investor relations, fund operations and general counsel, mapped how the work actually moves between them, and seen where the spreadsheets, the operating partner reports and the questionnaire drafts pile up. The workflows we build start from that picture, not from a generic AI playbook.
We know how to work with compliance
An independent compliance consultancy reviews every plan we write and sees every workflow before it goes live, so the compliance officer is part of the design from the first week rather than a sign-off at the end.
We track what examiners and investors ask for
Examiners now review whether a firm's AI use matches what it has told investors, whether policies and supervision cover it, and how vendors are overseen. Investors are adding AI questions to their due diligence. Every workflow we deliver produces the review step, the record and the test results those questions call for, so the answer is on file before anyone asks.
Our experience
Two decades of engineering leadership, production systems built for confidential advisory work, and AI patents developed for clients sit behind every build.
