End User License Agreement

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, New Clarity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Services to infringe on the rights of any third party
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and intellectual property made available through the Services remain the sole property of New Clarity AI LLC or its licensors.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this EULA.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Clarity AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
