How we work

The nature of AI is to do it yourself. We'll help you do it right.

Tools like Claude Code and Copilot let the people who know the work build the workflow. That is the fastest way to do it, as long as someone makes sure it is done right.

    Your team builds.

The hard part was never the code. It is knowing how your firm works, and your people already do.

    We handle the rest.

Where AI pays off, which tools to use, the guardrails and records examiners ask about, and a review of every build.

    Inside our governance layer.

Permissions, human review, records, and testing already in place, in your own cloud, at no extra charge.

    How it works

    Decide, build, keep it right.

    1. 01

      Decide where AI pays off.

We map how your firm works and rank the opportunities by return, through the AI Strategic Plan or by starting with one workflow you already need.

    2. 02

Build it inside the governance layer.

Your team builds in the tools they already use. We set direction and review the work. Want more done for you? We build alongside you.

    3. 03

      Keep it right.

Workflows are tested on a schedule, kept current as models change, and recorded in a compliance file ready for any examiner or investor. We train your people as things change.

    The governance layer

Build inside a layer that already handles the hard parts.

Every firm needs the same foundation under its AI: permissions, human review, records, testing, and a compliance file. We built it once, so you do not have to. It runs in your own cloud and is included with every contract.

    Permissions that follow your systems.

Who can see what in your email, documents, and CRM carries through to every workflow.

    Human review built in.

Nothing reaches an investor, an investment decision, or money without a named reviewer signing off.

    A record of every action.

Every input, output, model call, and approval is retained on your schedule and exportable when an examiner or investor asks.

    Output testing.

Workflows are tested on a schedule, results are recorded, and drift is flagged when models change.

    Your compliance file.

AI inventory, test results, review records, vendor terms, and training records, kept current and ready to hand over.

Works with what your team builds.

Agents built in Claude Code, Cowork, or Copilot run through the same permissions, review, and records, with pause and stop controls you own.

Examiners and investors now ask how AI is supervised. The governance layer lets you answer with records, not a policy document.

    How we divide the work

We handle what is common to every firm. Your team handles what is specific to yours.

    What we handle

    • The governance layer: security, permissions, review, records, testing, and the compliance file
    • Where AI fits in your firm and in what order
    • Tool and vendor selection
    • Guardrails and controls for each workflow
    • Review of what your team builds before you rely on it
    • Training, fixes, and upgrades as models and tools change

    What your team handles

    • Building the workflows, in your tools, with us alongside
    • Deciding what a good output looks like
    • Where the data lives and what it means
    • The exceptions and judgment calls
    • Iterating as the work is used every day

    Why the line is here

The parts every firm needs are engineering problems we solve once. The parts specific to your firm need knowledge your people already have, and the person who understands the work can build it faster than they can explain it. Build adds our hands without moving the line on ownership: it still runs in your environment, and your team can take it over at any time.

    The AI Strategic Plan

    How the strategic plan works.

$10,000, about four weeks. Optional, and recommended before either contract.

    1. 01

      Discovery interviews.

One-on-one interviews with key leaders and selected team members to understand where processes break down and where the time goes.

    2. 02

      Map the business.

A written and visual map of how the firm operates today, with bottlenecks, manual steps, and error-prone handoffs tagged.

    3. 03

      Design AI initiatives.

Each area for improvement mapped to a specific initiative: existing problems, efficiencies, and new revenue opportunities.

    4. 04

      Financial impact and ROI.

Estimated impact per initiative with the formulas shown, plotted against cost and effort so the order is clear.

    5. 05

      Compliance review and roadmap.

An independent compliance firm reviews current processes and each initiative against your obligations and current SEC guidance, then a phased roadmap with timeline and pricing.

Not required to start Support or Build. Firms that plan first see the biggest gains, because the first workflows built are the ones that pay back fastest.
