This project represents the cutting edge of conversational AI, creating an environment where multiple systems not only respond to human prompts but also critique, challenge, and learn from one another. They do this by all answering a query, all vote on the best or most insightful answer, and then provide each other feedback on how to answer the follow up question with even deeper insight. The user can interject at any time to provide further guidance or redirect the conversation as needed. The result is a unique demonstration of how AI agents can evolve when placed in dynamic, competitive ecosystems.

Queen Anne Pillow and Moso Pillow are sister companies that provide specialized pillows and other unique bedding products. Both companies were growing quickly, but operations, inventory planning, and retailer outreach relied heavily on manual work that absorbed a large portion of the team’s week.

A global consulting firm partnered with New Clarity to analyze how 400 HVAC companies communicate value to their customers.The goal: uncover patterns in messaging that reveal which aspects of value most influence purchasing decisions, without manually reviewing thousands of web pages.

New Clarity design an AI-powered agent used to monitor real-time news feeds, identify market events likely to trigger stock price movements, estimate the probability of such movements over the next 30 days, and continuously refine its predictive accuracy through feedback-driven machine learning.

New Clarity designed and implemented a custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) server in Python to streamline one of the financial workflows for a fractional CFO. The solution connected directly to Claude desktop as the LLM client, enabling the AI to intelligently transfer financial data between spreadsheets. This project reduced hours of manual work by automating the matching and population of data fields across models.

New Clarity collaborated with a group of alternative wellness clinics to design an intelligent AI sales agent, which is now referred to as a Wellness Advocate. The Wellness advocate is a custom AI sales agent tailored to guide potential clients through unfamiliar therapies, address their concerns, and convert website interest into real consultations. Rather than replacing human sales, these agents elevate client interactions with empathy, informed guidance, and proven sales psychology techniques.

New Clarity built a specialized AI chatbot that transformed a highly technical textbook into an interactive assistant that was able to effectively utilize images to answer queries. This system was able to display the correct technical images alongside its answers due to a secondary RAG system created by analyzing the context around and references to each image. By combining text retrieval with intelligent image selection, the chatbot created a far more effective way for users to engage with dense, visually complex subject matter.

New Clarity developed a psychology-based customer analysis system designed to help sales professionals understand not only who their customers are, but why they buy. By combining company profiles with customer profiles, the system performs a deep psychological analysis and delivers practical insights into customer motivations, decision-making frameworks, and the best approaches to earn trust and drive sales.
